• CYLINDER BREAKDOWN: Able to disassemble up to 6 m cylinders & 350 mm Bore.
• RE-BUILDING: Full facilities for Hyd. Cylinder & Power Pack System.
• LATHES (5): Capable of turning up to 600 mm diameter cylinders up to 5 meters long
• DRILL: Radial arm 3.5” drill capacity 800 mm to column and 1040 mm spindle to base
• MILLING (2): 5 hp Turret Mill
• LINE-BORING: 10 hp Line Boring Unit
• CNC: Quick-Tec production machine with 60 mm bar feeder. Can turn up to 200 mm diameter and 120 mm length
• KEYWAY CUTTER: Capable of cutting internal keyway 50 mm wide x 500 mm long
